Do you know what the Bank’s historical archives are and why they are maintained? BNP Paribas Group’s Archives & History team and the Art & History team of BNP Paribas Fortis will answer your questions on BNP Paribas archives on 4 October.
#AskAnArchivist Day? The occasion originates from an initiative of the Society of American Archivists (SAA), which turned into an international event. It takes place on Twitter, and invites the general public to talk to archive professionals about their occupation, their collections and the interest in archives. For the archivists, it is a chance to share their passion and reveal the diversity of resources that they maintain and promote.
For #AskAnArchivist Day 2017, join the BNP Paribas Group Archives & History team and BNP Paribas Fortis Art & History on Twitter on Wednesday 4 October, and ask them all your questions about the Bank’s collections and their projects.
How do I join the #AskAnArchivist conversation?
1.Log on to Twitter. If you do not have an account, create one first
2.Tweet your question to @RogerNougaret or @BNPPFBelgique or @BNPPFBelgie, adding the hashtag #AskAnArchivist
3.We will answer your question in a tweet or in a live video
